Privacy Policy

What we collect

• If you make an account: the email address you sign up with (only your login name; we never send you email), your password (stored only as a one-way hash), and your Facebook name if you choose to add it.
• If you order without an account: the email address you give for that order. We use it only to reach you about that order.
• When you order on the website: the product, plan, price, invoice ID, any payment reference you type, and the order's status and times.

Cookies and your browser

We use one cookie to keep you logged in (it ends after 30 days without a visit) and one that remembers your welcome gift, so it is offered once. If you order without an account, one more cookie lets that phone or browser open the order's payment page and receipt for 7 days. Your browser also remembers that you closed the welcome pop-up. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Payments

When you pay by QR, our bank sends us a payment notice. We read its amount, reference number and sender name only to match the payment to your order. We never see or store card numbers, bank logins or PINs.

How we count visitors

We count how many times each page is opened and which products get looked at. These are totals only. To estimate how many separate people visited on a day, your IP address and browser name are combined with a secret value and run through a one-way hash; we keep only that scrambled result, which changes every day. Our web server keeps standard access logs with IP addresses for security, deleted after 14 days.

Fonts are loaded from Google

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts load, under Google's own privacy policy.

Ordering on Facebook Messenger

If you order through Messenger, that conversation is handled by Meta under Meta's privacy policy. Through it we see your Facebook display name and whatever you choose to send us.

What we keep and what we do not do

We keep your orders (what was bought, which plan, and when) to verify proof of purchase for warranty claims. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Removing your information

Message us and ask, and we delete your account and orders. Removing an order also removes the proof of purchase your warranty depends on, so we will say so before we do it.
