Terms of Service
These terms cover every order from Kumoverse Premium, on this website or on Messenger.
1. Warranty
Every plan comes with the warranty written on it, for example "1 Month Warranty", "6 Months Warranty", "Lifetime Warranty" or "Full Warranty". If the product stops working during that period because of an issue the warranty covers, we replace it, or give an equivalent replacement, at no extra cost.
2. Replacement Policy
Our warranty is a replacement warranty: when a covered problem comes up, we fix the plan or replace it. Refunds are not part of the warranty; section 3 explains the rare cases where we refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds are rare. We always try to fix or replace a plan first. In rare cases, when it is reasonable, we refund you in full or in part: for example, when we cannot fix or replace a plan that is still under its warranty, or when we could not deliver what you paid for. To ask, message us with your invoice ID and what happened. We look at each request fairly and decide case by case. Refunds go back to the account you paid from.
4. Warranty Limitations
The warranty applies only to issues caused by defects or failures under the product's intended use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, abuse, resale, transfer of ownership, or issues caused by third-party services, platforms, or changes outside our control.
5. Replacement Procedure
To request a replacement, send reasonable proof of purchase (your invoice ID or our Messenger conversation) and enough information to describe the issue. We verify the purchase and decide whether the issue qualifies for warranty replacement.
6. Discount codes and welcome gifts
Codes and welcome gifts work only as described where they are shown, on website orders, once per account unless stated otherwise. Orders made with just an email (no account) cannot use them. They have no cash value.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using our digital products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service, including our replacement warranty and refund policy above.
